BiCupid.app cannot access or change account information. For sign-in, profile, matching, messaging, verification or account deletion questions, use the support option available inside the app or on the web platform where the account is managed.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment card numbers or private messages to an email address presented as BiCupid.app support.
Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

BiCupid.app does not process payments and cannot view, change, cancel or refund transactions completed through an app store or external platform.

Privacy requests concerning information submitted to an app, app store or external web platform must be sent to the service that received and controls that information.
