Q: What is the difference between "Flame" and "Discover"?

A: Flame offers a streamlined, visual matching mechanism allowing you to quickly like or skip curated profiles based on photos. Discover grants access to granular search filters, allowing you to perform unlimited searches by selecting the specific traits, location distance ranges, and lifestyle preferences of your ideal match.

Q: How do the Video Call and Chat features operate?

A: Open any conversation window under your Chats dashboard and click the camera icon to initiate a real-time Video Call. Additionally, the Unsend Message feature enables you to delete a sent text or photo within 5 minutes without requiring approval. Premium members may also utilize the Pin Message tool to secure favorite conversations at the top of their list.

Q: Can I add notes about a profile that are hidden from others?

A: Yes. Our platform incorporates a Private Note feature. This allows you to append personal reminders, chat impressions, or confidential context to any member's profile. These notes are exclusively visible to you and remain entirely hidden from the profile owner.

Q: How will premium subscription charges appear on my billing statement?

A: To respect your everyday discretion, transactions are processed securely. Credit or debit card charges typically display as SuccessfulMatch, Google Pay options appear as BiCupid, and secure clearings via CCBill present as CCBill.com *SuccessMatch. Due to banking infrastructure updates, PayPal is no longer supported.

Q: How do I disable subscription auto-renewals or request a profile deletion?

A: To deactivate auto-billing, navigate to Settings under your main profile icon, select Subscriptions, and cancel the renewal. For profile deletions, go to My Account under the Settings panel. If you register or subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, remember that you must cancel the billing sequence directly inside your device subscriptions dashboard to stop recurring charges.
