1. Premium Discovery & Intelligent Matchmaking

1.1 "Flame" Mode vs. "Discover" Search Engine

We provide two distinct, powerful systems to help you find your ideal match depending on your browsing mood:

  • "Flame" Matchmaking: A fast, visually driven matching game. We present single photos of potential local matches; you can choose to "Like" (slide into the heart pile) or "Skip" (slide to the X pile). If there is a mutual interest, both of you will receive an instant notification email. Skipping a profile does not mean they are hidden from you forever.
  • "Discover" Custom Search: A granular filtering engine. While Standard members can filter by core fields (gender, age, and broad location region), upgrading to Premium unlocks advanced search capabilities. You can search by physical traits, lifestyle habits, distance radius controls, and relationship goals with unlimited queries.

1.2 Proximity & Distance-Based Search

To narrow down matches by physical distance, navigate to Discover → Search and choose your target location. A precise distance adjustment bar will appear, enabling you to lock in your preferred matchmaking radius. Distance radius flexibility expands exponentially with a Premium VIP upgrade.

2. Advanced Privacy Controls & Profile Hiding

2.1 Discreet Profile Hiding

If you wish to pause your dating journey or browse profiles selectively, Premium users can easily hide their main profile. Go to Settings → Privacy to toggle your visibility status. When your profile is hidden, you can still seamlessly send and receive messages with existing threads or members with visible profiles.

2.2 Managing Search Exclusions & Blocking

Maintain complete control over who sees your profile with two distinct privacy tiers:

  • "Hide from my search": Removes a specific member from your search results pages, but they can still see your public updates and send you messages.
  • "Hide" (Full Block): Both parties are completely restricted from contacting each other, will not appear in mutual search grids, and cannot view each other's updates, video streams, or feed activities.
  • How to revert: To unhide anyone, navigate to Settings → Hidden from My Search and Hidden Conversations to review and restore accounts.

3. Private Album Management & Verification Access

3.1 How Private Albums Work

Your profile supports up to 26 public photos and 26 private photos. Public photos are accessible to all members, whereas your Private Album is locked by default. You retain absolute jurisdiction over who can see these exclusive images.

3.2 Sharing and Revoking Private Album Access

  • To Share Access: You can grant permission directly inside a private chat window or by visiting a member's profile, clicking the "More (...)" icon in the top right, and choosing "Share My Private Album". Alternatively, you can approve pending requests under the "Photo Requests From Others" portal.
  • To Revoke Access: Open your chat thread with the user, select "More (...)", and tap "Unshare Private Album". This updates your permissions instantly, revoking their viewing access.

4. High-Tier Interactive Features & Real-Time Media

4.1 Real-Time Secure Video Calling

Connect face-to-face securely without sharing external personal contact information. To initiate a video date, navigate to an active conversation window on the Chats page, click the camera icon in the top-right corner, and allow browser permissions for your microphone and camera. Once the recipient accepts, a secure video stream starts immediately.

4.2 Chat Pinning & Message Unsending

Premium memberships grant superior control over your active communication inbox:

  • Message Pinning: Keep conversations with your top interests pinned permanently to the top of your chat dashboard. Click the pin icon in the corner of the desktop chat window, or swipe left on your chat list on mobile devices to manage pins.
  • Unsend Message Control: Mistakenly sent an embarrassing text or image? You can completely unsend a message within 5 minutes of delivery without requiring third-party approval. Simply hover over the message block, click the ellipsis (...), and choose "Unsend". The recipient will see a generic system note stating a message was unsent.

4.3 "Auto-Reply" Offline Assistant

Never miss a connection while you are away. Go to Settings → Auto-Reply Message to customize a canned message that automatically replies to incoming inquiries whenever you are offline.
