Can I sign in directly on BiCupid.app?

No local login form is hosted on BiCupid.app. This page helps you reach the platform where your account and sign-in details are managed.

What if I forgot my BiCupid password?

Continue to the login platform and use the password-recovery option provided there. BiCupid.app cannot view, recover or reset account passwords.

Can BiCupid.app change my account or subscription?

No. Profile, subscription and billing requests must be handled through the app, app store or web platform where the account or purchase is managed.
