1. Premium Subscription & Payment Options


1.1 How to Check Your Subscription Status

To view your premium package details and track when your membership expires, please follow these steps:

  • Tap your profile avatar icon in the top navigation menu.
  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Select Subscriptions from the account menu.
  • Your current billing plan, active features, and exact expiration date will be clearly displayed.

1.2 Supported Payment Methods

BiCupid offers multiple highly secure, encrypted payment options for upgrading your membership:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Check Cards: Visa or Mastercard Check Cards (Must include a valid cardholder name and CVV verification code).
  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay (available on supported devices).
  • Secure Payment Processors: CCBill billing platform.
Note: Payment methods vary slightly depending on your geographic region. PayPal is currently not supported for direct web upgrades due to banking infrastructure updates.

2. Automatic Renewal Settings


2.1 How Auto-Billing Works

All premium packages are configured to auto-renew by default at the end of each billing cycle. This ensures you enjoy continuous, uninterrupted access to advanced filters, messaging privileges, and matchmaking tools.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew for the exact same package length at the standard current rate.
  • Charges are fully automated unless you opt to disable auto-billing prior to your renewal date.

2.2 How to Cancel Auto-Renewal (Web & Mobile Site)

You have full control over your billing and can deactivate automatic renewal at any time without penalty:

  • Go to Settings under your profile photo icon.
  • Click on Subscriptions in the settings panel.
  • Select the link labeled "Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription by clicking here".
  • Click "Continue Management" and confirm your choice to halt future auto-billing.

What happens after cancellation? You will retain complete Premium VIP access privileges until your current active billing period expires. Following expiration, your profile will automatically transition to a Standard Membership with zero further charges.


3. Confidentiality, Billing Statements & Anti-Fraud


3.1 Discreet Billing Descriptions

To protect your personal dating privacy, all transactions are processed securely and will appear discreetly on your credit card or bank statements as follows:

  • Credit / Debit / Check Cards: Appears as SuccessfulMatch
  • Google Pay Transactions: Appears as BiCupid
  • CCBill Secure Processor: Appears as CCBill.com *SuccessMatch

3.2 Fraud Prevention & Phishing Alert

BiCupid will NEVER send unsolicited emails requesting your account credentials, password, or financial information. Beware of phishing emails attempting to gather sign-in details.

  • Forward any suspicious emails immediately to: support@BiCupid.com.
  • If you accidentally responded to a suspicious link, immediately log in and change your password, or contact customer support if you lose account access.

4. Official Refund Policy & Charge Disputes


4.1 Refund Eligibility Guidelines

You have the right to request a full or prorated refund depending on your activation timeframe, payment avenue, and platform usage history. Valid grounds for refund consideration include:

  • Accidental duplicate transactions or system billing glitches.
  • Unresolved technical issues that prevent access to premium features.
  • Proven fraudulent or unauthorized profile transactions.

4.3 Notice Regarding Bank Charge Disputes

Important Customer Warning: Filing an invalid bank dispute or chargeback for a legitimate subscription charge is unlawful and can lead to financial blacklisting, impacting your credit rating. Please contact BiCupid support directly before initiating a bank dispute so we can resolve your issue quickly and avoid automatic profile restrictions.

5. Apple iOS App Store Subscriptions


How to Cancel on iPhone or iPad

If you subscribed or upgraded directly through the Apple App Store, your billing is managed exclusively by Apple. To cancel auto-billing, follow these device steps:

  1. Open your iOS device Settings app.
  2. Tap your Apple ID / Name Profile at the top of the menu.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Select your active BiCupid App subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If no button is visible or an expiration notice shows in red, your store subscription is already canceled.
Note: Deactivating or deleting your BiCupid account on the platform does not automatically terminate an active Apple ID Store subscription. You must cancel through Apple to stop recurring app billing.

6. Standard vs. Premium Features Summary


Understand your membership privileges to maximize your bisexual matchmaking experience:

  • Standard Membership (Free): Allows you to create an profile, upload up to 26 public and 26 private photos, run basic searches (by gender, age, and location region), send free flirty winks, and reply back to any messages initiated by Premium Members for free. Standard accounts cannot initiate new message threads.
  • Premium Membership (Paid VIP): Unlocks unlimited advanced search filters, distance range adjustments, unlimited winks, message pinning, unsending sent messages (within 5 minutes), the profile hiding feature, 20x more profile visibility, and the ability to initiate messaging conversations with any member.
